Caffeine free herbal infusions

No tea leaf, no caffeine. That is the whole point of this page, and it is the only part of our range you can drink at eleven at night without paying for it.

Blends of roots, bark and warm spices behave nothing like a tea, and the mistake almost everyone makes is treating them the same way. Give them fully boiling water and five to ten minutes under a lid. Roots are dense and slow, and a three minute infusion gives you hot water with an idea of flavour in it. A slice of fresh ginger or a strip of lemon peel in the pot suits them, and honey once it is off the heat.

We use the word detox because that is what this style is called in the trade and what people type into a search box. We make no claim about what it does to you. It is warm, faintly sweet, and it lets you keep something in your hands after dinner.
