Where to buy Kampot pepper in Cambodia

Our Kampot pepper comes from our partner farm and is packed in our workshop in Phnom Penh. That means there are only a few places where you can be certain of what you are buying, and this page lists all of them.

Our three shops

Airports and partners

A selection of our peppers and salts is stocked at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports, and with a small number of partner hotels and delicatessens. The range there is narrower, built around the formats that travel well, so if you want the full choice come to a shop.

Ordering online

You can order online: we deliver by courier in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Kampot, with cash on delivery available, or you can collect your order from a shop. If you are travelling, have it delivered to your hotel in one of these three cities, and it can be waiting for you there.

If you are in Europe

Our French shop, epices-khla.com, carries the same range and ships across Europe from France. For a European address it is faster and cheaper than a parcel sent from Phnom Penh. Same family, same producer.

How to know you are buying the real thing

Wherever you buy, in our shops or elsewhere, the rule does not change. Look for the protected geographical indication logo on the packaging rather than the word Kampot in the product name. Ask which farm it came from, and expect a precise answer. And treat a price well below everyone else’s as information rather than as a bargain: it usually means the same variety grown outside the PGI area, sometimes across the border, which cannot legally carry the name.
