Gift boxes to take Cambodia home

What people actually take home. Five ready made sets, chosen so that the person receiving them does not need an explanation.

For pepper, three configurations. Three grinders of 45 g, the one to hand to someone who has never heard of Kampot pepper, because it works the moment they open it. Three tubes of 120 g, the working version for a cook who already owns a mill and does not want three more. And a single tube holding black and red, the two that cover almost everything a home kitchen does.

For tea, two boxes of tins. One built on strength, a green, a plain black and an Earl Grey, to work out which one you actually want in the morning. One built on perfume, five scented and blended teas, no two of which smell alike when you open them.

A practical note for travellers: grinders are solid but heavy, palm leaf boxes and tubes are far lighter for the same pepper. Ask us in the shop and we will tell you which fits what you are carrying.
