1. Data we collect
When you browse, order or create an account, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, delivery instructions, order history, and technical data strictly necessary for the site to work, such as session and cart identifiers.
We do not collect or store payment card data. Card payments are processed directly by our secure payment providers.
2. Why we collect it
We use this data to process and deliver your orders, manage your customer account, issue invoices, answer your requests, and, only if you have agreed to it, send you commercial communications. Every commercial message includes a simple way to opt out, in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce (2019).
3. Legal framework
Cambodia does not yet have a comprehensive personal data protection law in force; a draft Law on Personal Data Protection is under preparation. Pending its entry into force, we apply the consumer data protections of the Law on Electronic Commerce (2019) and recognised good practice standards inspired by international frameworks.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: payment providers for the transaction, our couriers for delivery, and our hosting provider for technical storage. We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention
Order and invoicing data is kept for the duration required by Cambodian accounting and tax obligations. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
6. Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies required for it to function: session, cart and language preference. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to data we are legally required to keep. Write to contact@deruazimportexport.com and we will answer as soon as possible.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
