These terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on khla-cambodia.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
1. The seller
khla-cambodia.com is operated by DERUAZ IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD., registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia under number K004-901801845, TIN K004-901801845, with registered office at #30E4, Street 166, Village 6, Sangkat Orussey 1, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 2. Products
We sell food products: Kampot pepper PGI, fleur de sel, teas, infusions, spices and a selection of French delicacies. Photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the seller. Products are described on each product page, including net weight and origin.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price displayed when the order was placed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is validated or, for cash on delivery, once our team confirms it by phone or message. We may refuse an order in the event of a stock shortage, an anomaly in the order, or a delivery address outside our delivery zones. In that case the customer is informed and refunded in full where payment has already been made.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include local payment through ABA PayWay, international card payment, and cash on delivery within our delivery zones. Card payments are processed by secure third party providers; card data never transits through or is stored on this site.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered by our own couriers within defined zones around our boutiques in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and Kampot, including hotel delivery. Zones, fees and time slots are detailed on the Delivery and Returns page. Delivery times are given as estimates and depend on local conditions.
7. Returns and claims
Our products are foodstuffs and cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and food safety reasons. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or non compliant, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the product or refund it, at your choice, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (2019).
8. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for non performance due to force majeure or to causes attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect delivery address or absence at delivery. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount of that order.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected when ordering is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements, is the property of DERUAZ IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD. or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in particular the Law on Electronic Commerce (2019) and the Law on Consumer Protection (2019). Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
